General provisions

This document is a proposal to enter into a contract for the provision of digital access to VPluse VPN under the conditions set out below.

Paying for a plan confirms acceptance of the purchase terms and user agreement in effect at payment time. The privacy policy separately explains data processing.

Subject matter of the offer

The user buys digital access to the VPN service for the selected period and the number of devices selected when paying.

Each active key occupies one subscription slot. The plan, duration, slot count and price are shown before payment on the website or in the Telegram bot.

Procedure for registration and payment

The user chooses the subscription period and one of the available payment methods. Before confirming the order, the interface shows the total amount, the access period and the purpose of payment.

Telegram Stars is used for digital purchases inside Telegram when this method is enabled in the service settings.

Card payments, SBP through Lava and CryptoBot may also be available for a one-time purchase or renewal. The amount, duration and method are shown before payment.

All current methods are one-time payments. Automatic renewal requires separate explicit consent and a separately confirmed flow.

Activation and access period

After the confirmed payment, the service activates the subscription, creates a public installation link and shows the user the next step of the connection.

If access requires an additional server operation, the site or bot shows an understandable status and offers to contact for support.

Access is measured in calendar days and starts after confirmed payment unless the order screen states otherwise. Renewal adds time to an active subscription. If it has expired, the new period starts when payment is confirmed.

Cancellation and refund

Before payment, the user can cancel the order without any consequences. Once the payment is confirmed, the request is considered taking into account whether the digital access has been activated and used.

Requests for erroneous payments, inability to connect or disputed transactions are handled through support, taking into account the actual payment status, access and requirements of applicable law.

Provide the safe reference number, payment method, approximate transaction time and chosen plan. Do not send private configurations.

Rights and responsibilities

VPluse VPN undertakes to issue paid access and provide a support channel. the User undertakes to comply with the device limit, not to transfer the keys to third parties and use the service legally.

If a technical error occurs, support first checks payment status and actual access delivery. Do not pay again until the previous payment has been checked.

Liability

The liability of the parties is determined by applicable law. VPluse VPN is not responsible for restrictions caused by the user's device, communications operator, application store or other independent service.

Modification of offer

The current version of the offer is published at the permanent address of this page, the new terms apply to orders placed after the publication of the update.
